International Conference on Europe–Caucasus–Asia Connectivity: Business Excellence for Biodiversity Action and Finance

The conference is dedicated to the COP 17: the 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP CBD) to take place in Yerevan, Armenia. The conference is organized by the joint efforts of European Research Agency Foundation, Armenian State University of Economics, Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics, Kazakh-American Free University and the East Asia Center at the Zwickau University of Applied Science

The goal of the conference is to strengthen connectivity actions between researchers, disciplines and business excellence approaches across Europe, the Caucasus and Asia in the context of biodiversity and finance. The global Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS) is the conference high-stand partner.

The conference theme “Europe–Caucasus–Asia Connectivity: Business Excellence for Biodiversity Action and Finance” highlights the priority to focus on advanced economic models by improving
transnational communication within the global agenda through climate resilience mechanisms.

The organizers promote participation of the researchers, experts, practitioners and policymakers across disciplinaries, countries, and sectors to contribute to the business excellence modeling through innovative biodiversity finance and advanced communication approaches, as well as drawing successful regional initiatives and international partnerships.

The conference will be structured around keynote speeches, plenary session, panel discussions and conclusion, involving speakers and other stakeholders. Cultural activities and visit tours within COP 17 are scheduled in the conference.
